Kyle Wininger is a Manager in the Business Advisory Services Department at Harding, Shymanski & Company, P.S.C. He has been with the Firm since 2001. Kyle has completed business valuations for a wide variety of purposes including mergers and acquisitions, estate planning, and gift taxes. He has also served as a reviewer of business valuations performed by other business appraisal firms for employee stock ownership plans. Kyle is actively involved in the merger and acquisition process, performing such services such as analyzing, negotiating, and structuring transactions. He has conducted a variety of forensic accounting related services, including internal financial investigations, data mining engagements, and data reconstruction and analysis.
