"In the past, we used referrals from existing employees and newspaper classifieds to obtain candidates for our open positions," explains Earl McDaniel, owner of Earl McDaniel & Associates, Inc. (EMAC). "We found this approach to be very time-consuming and not very effective in finding the right person for the job."

That's why Earl and his Vice President of Operations, Pat Lundin, decided to work with Career Associates, LLC. Earl expects those numbers to continue to increase in the near future. "Which means we will be turning to Michelle (Choate, human resource consultant with Career Associates) for more placements. Michelle has been very efficient and insightful in bringing us candidates. As a result, we have been able to fill positions more quickly and then to keep those candidates in those positions," says Earl.
