Automated Clearing House (ACH) Audits

The US Secret Service has reported that fraud committed using the ACH system is one of the most rapidly growing crimes they are investigating. All financial institutions that receive and originate ACH transactions are required to perform an annual audit to be in compliance with the rules of the National Automated Clearing House Association (NACHA), the body that governs electronic payments.

Our team of experienced ACH professionals includes an Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) with 20 years of experience in electronic payments and banking. This individual served for three years on NACHA’s Rules and Operations Committee, has presented on electronic payment issues at a number of NACHA’s national conferences on electronic payments, and has served on the faculty of The Payments Institute.

Our team also consists of several Certified Public Accountants, two Certified Internal Control Auditors (CICAs), a Certified Financial Services Auditor (CFSA), and a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) who stay abreast of industry and regulatory changes through memberships in associations and annual training.
