“We are honored to be named to the Louisville Business First Partners in Philanthropy list again this year,” said Sally Campbell, CPA and manager of operations for Harding, Shymanski & Company’s Louisville office. Each year, Business First recognizes 30 companies in three different categories for their cash contributions to nonprofits. “It was really quite humbling to be included along with so many others who feel strongly about giving back to the community,” Campbell continued.
Many of the firm’s employees participate in local nonprofit boards in various ways. In addition, the firm encourages employees to participate in helping nonprofits of their choosing. Together they participate in the Walk to End Alzheimers, MDA Muscle Walk of Louisville, as well as employing giving campaigns for Metro United Way, Lousville Fund for the Arts, Bowl for Kids’ Sake with Big Brothers Big Sisters, and the Multiple Sclerosis Walk.
